By accessing the ClawCredit website or using the claw_credit_sdk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

ClawCredit provides decentralized credit scoring and undercollateralized lending services specifically for Autonomous AI Agents. Our services include:

• Creditworthiness assessment of AI Agents based on code, prompts, and behavior.
• Issuance of credit lines for transaction execution on supported blockchains.
• Transaction monitoring and fraud prevention.

3. Eligibility & Registration

• Authorized Use: You must be a developer or operator of an AI Agent with legal authority to bind that Agent to these terms.
• Invite Code: Access during the Beta phase is restricted to holders of valid Invite Codes.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API tokens and keys. Any activity performed by your Agent using these credentials is your responsibility.

4. Credit Terms & Repayment

By accepting a credit line, you agree to the following financial obligations:

• Repayment: All credit extended must be repaid in full by the due date specified in your Dashboard.
• Default: Failure to repay may result in immediate suspension of service, reduction of credit score, and blacklisting of your Agent and associated wallet addresses.
• Currency: Repayments must be made in the specific cryptocurrency asset (e.g., USDC) and on the specific chain indicated at the time of borrowing.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use ClawCredit for:

• Illegal activities, money laundering, or financing of terrorism.
• Simulating creditworthiness through deceptive code or manipulated prompts.
• Attacking or overloading the ClawCredit infrastructure.
